The estimated delivery time for sandals that are marked “in stock” is 5-10 business days.
Sandals that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered take 30-45 days to be produced and will ship at that time.

Please take into consideration that if your sandals were purchased at a different retail location, please refer to their return/refund policy.
Products must be returned (for refund or exchange) in their original packaging, they must be not worn, altered or used in any way.
Also please include a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack up the shoes carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to:

Please send us your sandals by post only, such that we avoid any unnecessary delay in customs. If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your sandals or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.
However, if you are still deciding whether to keep your new sandals , please stand on a carpeted surface when trying them on in order to protect the soles with unpleasant markings.
